What counts as a referral?
- A friend registers with your link using a valid, unique work email and signs in once.
- No self-referrals, duplicate emails, disposable emails or bulk sign-ups. We check every entry and remove points that don't hold up.
- Ties go to whoever reached the score first.
How do social posts count?
- Paste the link to your public post on your dashboard. We check it is yours, about the summit and still live.
- One summit post (10 points) and one #IndiaAIHRSummit post (50 points) count each week, Monday to Sunday, until 22 January.
- Posts that are deleted, copied or bought engagement lose their points.
- HR confessions stay anonymous: moderators never see who wrote one. An approved confession earns 5 points, one each week.
How does hosting a meetup count?
- Apply on the host page. We review every request and approve meetups of 8 or more HR people.
- Once approved, you get the host kit and a check-in QR. You earn 80 points when 8 guests check in at your meetup.
- Up to 2 open requests at a time. Meetups must follow India AI HR Summit guidelines.
When are winners decided?
- The league runs from 15 November 2026 to the close of Day 2, 22 January 2027.
- Ranks 4 to 10 win on 22 January. Merch packs (one per person, at five referrals) are confirmed the same day.
- The top 3 each win one of the iPhone, MacBook and Watch. Who gets which is set by sponsor demos completed by 28 February 2027.
Who can win?
- Free to enter, no purchase needed. Open to residents of India aged 18 and above.
- Ranks are decided by effort, not by chance or a draw.
- Tribe Makers, partners, community leaders, sponsors and Lead with Tribe staff play on their own board and can't win leaderboard prizes.
- Claiming a prize needs valid ID and PAN. Any tax on prizes is handled as Indian law requires.
